Gender-based violence is one of the most common human rights violations? It includes psychological, physical, sexual and social harm. One out of three women reported being subjected to such violence by their husbands. Equality between men and women in employment is recognized as one of the international human rights. Some international laws and conventions have improved some practices in many States.
