REEF ENVIRONMENTAL FILM FESTIVAL: A SALUTE TO THE SOUTH– The Reef Environmental Film Festival was held at the Qobayat Silk Factory in Akkar, between July 26 and 28, 2024. It included screenings of environmental films, nature hikes, a village dinner, and a talk on “Threatened human and bio-diversity: South Lebanon as a living example” (a tribute to South Lebanon as it faces daily environmental violations by the occupation).
