Among the machines of power, Hezbollah was the first to announce its candidates for the elections.

This early announcement was not a sign of Hezbollah’s enthusiasm for the upcoming elections. On the contrary, the declaration constituted an affirmation that Hezbollah is indifferent and unconcerned with the rituals of democracy, no matter how formal they are. He returned the same candidates, with the same program, and the same slogan, adding to it the word “remaining.”
