The historic Silwan Spring is considered one of the most famous and oldest springs in occupied Jerusalem. It extends back to about five thousand years ago, and is considered the only natural water resource in the city. Living in this holy land has many complications that undoubtedly affect our lives in one way or another. The story I am presenting is of a farmer woman, a mother of three children and the wife of a victim of an uprising. He was hit by a bullet that left him paralyzed, so his wife became his hand and moved him to build together their land, which is their source of livelihood in the village of Ni’lin.
